Silvana Rossini, M.A.

Silvana's love for holistic lifestyle came from her childhood in Brazil when living on a farm with her family - Her father loves nature and always used herbs and home remedies to treat the family, plant and harvest their own vegetables, greens, corns, raised chicken and cows, and enjoyed all the good and natural things you have access when living on a farm.  She sees health, wellness and illness from a holistic perspective using different therapy modalities such as Clean nutrition, Ayurveda, Raw nutrition, Energy healing, Stress management, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-based methodologies, Vision board, Journaling, Habit change technique, and more.  Her passion is to see her clients applying these techniques and improving their lives, reestablishing balance and inner power, which helps prevent illnesses, and restore health.  The balance between body, mind and soul is essential to promote health and wellness.  Her journey into Holistic lifestyle has been the essence of her life, has been applied in her family, and it is also the foundation of the work she offers. Let her help you achieve your goals in life, too!
